Greenpeace is an independent campaigning organisation that
uses non-violent direct action to expose global environmental
problems and to provide solutions which are essential to a
green and peaceful future. With 2.6 million financial
supporters worldwide Greenpeace continues to be
instrumental in forcing the environmental debate into
the mainstream.
Your primary focus is to nurture and substantially grow
the already successful regular giving program, where
donor acquisition, retention and upgrade will be central to
your success. You will lead an enthusiastic team of 20.
You have a track record in managing a similarly complex,
rapidly growing nationwide fundraising operation. You have
a deep understanding and appreciation of best practice
fundraising with highly developed financial and staff
management skills. You also have managed major
investment strategies.
