Sydney

Richard Green Since 2004 Richard and a small team have successfully recruited 300 executives for over 100 not for profit organisations around Australia.  Richard has twenty years experience working for the NGO sector and before establishing NGO Recruitment he was a fundraising professional for international not for profit organisations (Greenpeace and UNICEF Australia), domestic charities (The Bobby Goldsmith Foundation and The Inspire Foundation) and the Australian Direct Marketing Association.

Olivia Ryan has ten years experience in the recruitment, publishing, financial services and not for profit sectors. Since joining NGO Recruitment Olivia has recruited many senior and highly specialised roles for the Community Legal, International Aid, Health and Welfare Sectors amongst others. Before joining NGO Recruitment Olivia held a number of roles for Caritas Australia, a top five Australian international aid and development agency.

Annie Barker has been a recruitment consultant for the past 10 years.  In 2005 Annie commenced working with Richard recruiting non executive temp, contract and permanent roles in the NGO sector.  Since the beginning of 2011, Annie has been supporting Richard, recruiting senior executive positions.

Sadie Kelly has over ten years recruitment experience across Ireland, UK and Australia, six of those years in the not for profit sector. Sadie is a 360 degree recruiter with the ability to recruit at all levels, however specialises in Fundraisers, Senior Management roles and Social Workers. Past client groups include Homelessness, Housing Associations/ Community Housing Youth, Associations, Conservation, Aged Care, International Development, local authorities, embassies and political parties.

Narmie Veerasingam has come from a career in the legal sector and investment banking. In 2009 Narmie made the move to recruitment where she has predominantly worked in the recruitment of temp and contract staff.  She has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in statistics and business law.

Melbourne

Mike Hurdle has seventeen years experience in senior and middle management recruitment recruiting CEO, CFO and General Manager level.  He has worked extensively in the not for profit, tertiary education, local government and corporate sectors and heads the Melbourne office of NGO Recruitment.

Karen Livingstone has ten years experience in the not for profit sector with direct experience in the consumer health environment.  Karen is a founding director and former CEO of Ovarian Cancer Australia and is an Executive Member of Australian New Zealand Gynaecological Oncology (ANZGOG) Clinical Trials Group.  Karen is located at NGO Recruitment’s Melbourne office.
